The atmosphere in the Offenbach Saal was excellent during Saturday’s second block of competitions. The event kicked off with the soloists from the Senior I BAS Latin category, who kept the audience entertained with their high energy throughout the morning.
Solo Senior I BAS Latin
Twelve soloists competed in the Solo Seniors I BAS Latin category. Following a preliminary round, the top six qualified for the final. There, Raphaela Stork from Gelb-Schwarz-Casino München came out on top, winning all five dances. Denise Huber from TSC Metropol Hofheim took second place ahead of Coletta Braun from TTC München.

Senior I C Latin
Eight couples competed in the Senior I C Latin category, dancing their way through the preliminary round and final to contest the tournament title. Bernd Krauss / Svenja Schwartz from TSA d. TSV Schmiden came out on top in the final, winning all five dances. Behind them, a close contest unfolded for the remaining podium places, which was won by Sven Lichtnow / Jana Wojciechowski from VfL Bochum 1848, TSA. With their second-place finish, the Bochum couple also secured promotion to the B class. The battle for fourth place also remained close right until the end: Denny Dickopf / Marianne Scholz held on to their place by the narrowest of margins ahead of Dustin Uecker / Nelli Moor.
