The solo dancers in the Adults D Latin category opened the competitions at the danceComp 2026. Although minor technical issues with the music and scoring system caused brief delays at the beginning, the participants remained unfazed and delivered a successful start to the event in the Offenbach Saal.
Adults D Latin Solo
A total of 21 solo dancers showcased their skills over three rounds. In the final, Chiara Stanek of Tanzsportclub Dortmund claimed a commanding victory, winning all four dances. Jannah Verdadero also had every reason to celebrate: by finishing in second place, she simultaneously earned promotion to the C Class.

Senior IV B Standard
Six couples competed in the Senior IV B Standard event. Following a general look, the final round was held, featuring an exciting battle for the title. Bernd Weisshaar and Monika Loh-Steinhoff, as well as Guido and Petra Hannig, finished the competition tied on placements. Under the Skating System rules, the victory was ultimately awarded to the couple from Essen.
