A delightfully large field of 75 couples competed in the WDSF Open Rising Star Latin on the opening night of danceComp 2025. After one preliminary and three intermediate rounds, the final was set, featuring six couples from six different nations battling for victory. Ultimately, Demid Anisimov and Giuliana Domingues da Silva claimed the win, bringing home the title for Germany. Second place went to Latvia’s Leonards Petkevics and Palina Kharchanka, while bronze was awarded to Alessandro Piccato and Rachele Simonini from Italy. Fourth place was secured by Ondrej Vokurka and Julia Pribylova from the Czech Republic, followed by Sander Daamen and Anna Tovmasyan from the Netherlands, and Lorenzo Bonzi and Cara Gabusi from San Marino.
