At the 21th edition of danceComp, 20 WDSF competitions and 67 open DTV competitions in the Standard and Latin American dances for couples and soloists of juniors II, youth, Under 21, main group, main group II and seniors I to V will be on the competition schedule. An additional highlight will be the WDSF European Championship Latin Under 21 on Friday evening.

We kindly ask all participants to pay attention to the following information and to meet the set deadlines.

Couples (DTV & WDSF)
Competition entry for all national competitions (DTV) and international competitions (WDSF) is only possible online at https://entry.dancecomp.de

Solists (DTV)
The entry form for solo competitions is only available online at https://solo.dancecomp.de

Entry registration will be possible from April 1, 2026.

Entries by 5 June 2026:

  • Competitions on Thursday
    DTV HGR/SEN: Couples 20 €, Solo 10 €
    WDSF JUN/JUG: Couples 40 €, Solo 20 €
    WDSF U21/HGR/SEN: Couples 60 €, Solo 30 €
    Int. ET SEN IV: Couples 20 €

  • Competitions on Friday/Saturday/Sunday:
    DTV HGR/SEN: Couples 30 €, Solo 15 €
    WDSF JUN/JUG: Couples 60 €, Solo 30 €
    WDSF U21/HGR/SEN: Couples 90 €, Solo 45 €
    Exception for WDSF EM U21: 50 €

Entries after 5 June 2026:

DTV HGR/SEN: +10 €
WDSF U21/HGR/SEN: 10 €,
Int. ET SEN IV: +10 €

Please note: For entries submitted after 5 June 2026, a surcharge of 10 € per entry will be charged for all DTV/WDSF competitions in the HGR/SEN age classes.


Remarks:

  • Entry fees apply per couple/soloist and per competition.
  • Entry fees are due for payment at the time of entry.
  • There is no refund of entry fees paid in the event of cancellation / no-show.

An early entry deadline has been approved for danceComp 2026.

All entries must be submitted by Friday, June 19, 2025, 23:59 (and in the case of German participants in DTV competitions have been confirmed by the club sports director).

New in 2026:
Entries received after the registration deadline will be accepted if the competition schedule allows (no further rounds or heats). A request form for late entries will be available on this page from June 22, 2026.

Early entries save money if registered by 5 June 2026. 10 € surcharge applies for registrations after 5 June 2026 (not valid for youth competitions and European Championship).

Check-In

The start number assigned to a couple is valid for the entire event weekend, i.e. for all competitions on all days. The check-in is possible from Thursday evening and on the event days within the service hours until 30 minutes before the start of the competition.

Once again this year, check-in will be located in the Wandelhalle (Foyer). Entrance for participants (just like for spectators) will be from the Main Entrance of the Historic Town Hall.
